These Terms of Service govern your use of the Throttle Torque web app and Android app operated by Throttle Torque ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Throttle Torque is a motorcycle community platform that lets you track bikes, plan ride-outs, manage crews, and monitor service intervals. The service is provided "as is" and we may update or discontinue features at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you post (ride details, bike info, messages). By posting content you grant us a licence to store and display it within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Free tier limits

Free accounts are limited to one garage bike, joining (not creating) rides, and joining (not creating) one crew. These limits may change over time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Throttle Torque is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Ride safety

Throttle Torque facilitates ride planning between community members. We are not responsible for the conduct of rides, the behaviour of other riders, road conditions, or any accidents or incidents that occur during organised rides. Always ride within the law and within your abilities.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
